Why did we create it?
I'm Monika, the founder of Break the Loop. I'm also a professional coach that helps people to improve their lives.
But there has always been an issue - when people complete a coaching program, with time, they tend to return to negative thinking, because they lack the daily “pick me up” when times get rough. In fact, I have struggled with this myself for years.
I thought about this a lot and started testing out my own solutions for my clients. It worked, helping them to stay on track and break out of negative thinking.
Now with Break the Loop, I want to make it available for more people.
It’s a smart tool that knows exactly WHEN you need a “pick me up” and WHAT kind of motivation works best for you. So that more people can finally break the loops of negative thinking and regain the happiness they deserve.

What the users are saying
Ilze:
Break the Loop helped me collect myself in stressful situations and not to take everything to heart. It reminded me of who I want to be and helped to be more positive and kinder to myself. My daily motivations got stuck into my head and I caught myself reminding me of them in difficult situations.
Zane:
I was eager to receive the inspirations every day! I really liked the affirmation questions. After the third week, it made me more mindful, allowing me to stop and analyze how I feel, what are my goals and how I'm moving toward them. It helped me to improve my results dramatically, even my boss noticed it!
Lasma:
I so need to hear this every day! I really liked that the inspirations are made of my own insights because then I feel like I'm talking to myself with the words that hold the strongest emotion specifically to me. This brought a sense of a much-needed self believe. It was an awesome experience!
Sanita:
The motivational texts that I chose for myself worked well because they were familiar to me in the sense that they can work for me. The fact that reminders came several times a day was good, because it prevented me from forgetting what I wanted to do and what my goal is.
